Sought after scaling mentor for highly driven female entrepreneurs and CEOs

Hi, I am Alessia Minkus CEO and founder of the women’s business advisory company Women In Power and one of the most experienced entrepreneur coaches in the world, having personally advised thousand of female founders setting them up with 7 and 8 figure strategies.

I am also a serial entrepreneur myself. I have personally started and scaled up 9 companies that have generated a total of over $500M in revenue.

Over the last 2 decades as a business owner I have faced every possible challenge and through this I have created my own system to generate reliable success in scaling companies to 7 and 8 figures in revenue.

Today my commitment is to create a world where female founders have the internal and external tools they need to make a global impact through their businesses.

I look forward to help YOU create success on your own terms.

Alessia Minkus

Alessia is committed to helping women entrepreneurs becoming the leaders they are inspired to become.

Through a proprietary mix of strategic advising and deep leadership coaching, Alessia has supported thousands of female founders in growing their businesses, designing international expansion and setting up successful exit strategies.

Statistics show that only 1 in 200 startups become actual scaleups.

That number is even smaller if we look at women owned businesses.

The success of a company scale up strategy is determined in equal measure by access to proven strategic systems and ability for the founder to grow into a professional CEO.

Alessia has the extraordinary ability to support female founders in this delicate transition thanks to her in depth knowledge of concrete business strategy paired with compelling insights into human behavior and neuroscience.

“Before working with Alessia I had not reached the financial fulfilment and growth I desired. I was earning 39K euros a year. With Alessia’s help, we were able to play a much bigger game and scale our revenue to 1.5 Million Euros in 3 years.”

“It is not about women becoming more masculine. It is about making the world more aware of the female style of leadership that needs to emerge, be looked upon and supported just as much as what we have come to know as traditional leadership.”
